Reliable Delivery You Can Count On
We take pride in delivering your materials safely and on time. Our own experienced delivery team gives you control and peace of mind — simply choose a delivery date and time slot at checkout. Deliveries are available weekdays between 07:30 and 20:00, and on Saturdays from 07:30 to 14:00.
When your order arrives, our drivers will help unload your materials as part of the standard delivery service. If you prefer, we can fully unload your order for you — just make sure:
- A responsible adult is present to sign for the delivery and show us where to place your items.
- There is a clear indoor area nearby within a short distance of the delivery vehicle.
- Delivery is to a ground-floor location only.

Delivery Terms & Conditions
1. Delivery Arrangements
Deliveries will be made by us to the address provided in your order. It is your responsibility to ensure that someone is available to receive and sign for the goods at the delivery address.
If we are unable to deliver within the estimated timeframe, we will contact you by email to arrange an alternative delivery date.
We do not offer part deliveries. If all goods are not available at the same time, delivery will be delayed until the full order is ready.
All delivery dates and times provided are estimates only. Early or late delivery does not constitute grounds for refusing the goods.
2. Delivery Method & Responsibility
The seller reserves the right to determine the delivery method, date, and time.
If delivery is postponed at your request, or if delivery cannot be completed due to your failure to accept the goods, you will be responsible for any additional costs incurred.
You must provide a complete and accurate delivery address, including house number, street name, and full valid postcode. A contact telephone number is required in case the driver experiences difficulty locating the address.
Deliveries are typically made between 9:00am and 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. Someone must be available during these hours to accept the goods.
3. Stock & Fast Delivery
Fast delivery applies only to items that are in stock. Orders containing out-of-stock products will be dispatched once stock becomes available. If your order is time-sensitive, please check stock availability before placing your order.
4. Delivery Areas & Charges
We deliver to all mainland UK addresses. We do not deliver to offshore addresses.
- All areas of Scotland are subject to delivery charges, calculated at checkout.
- Free delivery applies to orders over £500.00 net (excluding VAT).
- Orders under £500.00 net are subject to a delivery charge of £49.99 + VAT.
- Additional charges may apply to Scottish addresses once the delivery postcode is entered.
5. Limitation of Liability
We are not responsible for any business losses, including but not limited to:
- Loss of profits
- Loss of revenue
- Loss of contracts
- Loss of anticipated savings
- Loss of data or goodwill
- Wasted expenditure
We are also not liable for any indirect or consequential losses that were not reasonably foreseeable at the time you began using our website or when a contract was formed.
Our total liability to you shall not exceed the value of any refund due under these terms and conditions.
